Relais & Chateaux Hotel Orfila Madrid

The hotel is conveniently located near a Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to major museums and a variety of restaurants, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are luxurious, complete with high-end bath products. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The noise from adjacent rooms being opened and closed was quite annoying and disruptive at times.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and within walking distance of a famous museum. the back garden is a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast and drinks, especially when the weather is good. the staff, especially Carlos and the concierge team, provided excellent service and made our trip easy and enjoyable.

Our room was in need of updating. the coffee table had a broken piece missing and the carpeting looked dirty.

We loved that the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to city attractions and was easily accessible by taxi. The breakfast had a great selection of warm and cold options, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the charming courtyard area. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
